1. | Don’t Procrastinate | When u put something off, you are putting yourself into the time debt. You need to finish it and pay the time pay. |
2. | Forget Goals – Live for the Now | If u lives according to the goals, the goals might not as your wish. A self-improvement people will not live with a goal that control their own life. They will life for themselves. |
3. | Face the Fear | You may need to do something that u don’t like in the daily life. Therefore, try to face it. Living in a fearless life will give you more confident when you are in trouble. |
4. | Break the Chain | If you have a lot of patterns, try to beak it out. You can try something different. |
5. | Learn a New Language | Learning a new language is a way to improve ourselves. It can gives us confidence to prove yourself. |
6. | Accept the things you can’t Change | Sometimes, there have something happen around us and we try to fix it or change it. However, sometimes we can’t change it. If we can’t change it, then we try to accept it. If we accept it, then we can become more happier person. |
7. | Be Generous | You can be generous with your smile, your help and so forth to others. The reason is in the future, we may need a help from other from the future. So, we need to be generous. |
8. | Take a Break and have Fun | If you spend too much time in front of your computer, or doing whatever, you need a rest as well. It can help u reduce your stress and get more energy to work after you finish break. |
9. | Keep a Schedule | It is good that you write or jot it down in a book. This can let you know which task u need to finish first. If u cant finish the task, it doesn’t matter. You can finish it by move it to the first task to finish. |
10. | Get off to a Good Start | This means you get up early and eat breakfirst. If you can get early, then you will more energy to do everything. |
